The timelapse is finaly done. :D
First I have to say that before I started this project I really had no clue of how enormous it was going to be and how much time and effort it would take just to complete a 3 minute timelapse movie.
The total project took up 280 gb of storage before rendering and editing, needless to say it is a monster amount to process, Ive stayed out many nights until morning and often at mornings to capture what i find to be beautiful about the place I live in.

So I know I haven't posted anything lately. While on the trip back to the East Coast my baby got sick and so I had to deal with that, in addition to that the "Frankenstorm" Sandy blew through (and didn't even give me something cool to photograph in the areas we were visiting), but now that we're home I'm hoping to be able to go out this weekend and find some place that isn't affected by the light pollution at night. I want to try a few new night photography techniques...Hopefully things will work out so I can play with my camera!
So the Husband and I are leaving for a trip to NY for a friend's wedding, down to Norfolk to visit some family and friends, then back north to NH to visit family. I haven't really been back on the east coast so I'm hoping I'll get lucky and there will still be some fall colors so I can try and get some photos...if not I'll still take photos...lol.
Went out to La Jolla Cove with a friend and my baby this morning to dust off my camera (haven't been out with the camera since about May) and work on some techniques. Well, the sea air was less than refreshing...while the sea lions are normally pretty cool to photograph, they aren't the best smelling. For the photography end I was working on my motion blur, trying to get the waves to smooth out along the beach in that cool water motion blur that one can get...I must say it is MUCH MUCH easier to do when it's not bright and sunny...I might have to try the location at night when there is a significantly less amount of light to get the effect th
